Can somene surrender his Canadian PR ? How?

Dear All,
I am in a tough situation, had Canadian PR and now also received the US Green card. I am in US now a days. It is hard to keep both; I am planning to stay and work in the US. How I can give up my Canadian PR?
Is this okay to do? any suggestions?
