Hey Guys..

I got rejected in September session and I applied for CAIPS where they have mentioned

" It appears unreasonable that PA would take 1 year program in a field he already has training and experience in at such a high cost and I do not find it reasonable that PA would spend this money for this program or would have any reason or purpose for taking this course other than to gain entery into Canada."

Now if I try again in Jan session for some more relevant program. In SOP do I also need to mention the reason as Why I choose earlier the programe where I got rejected?

I think you should mention your entire profile to let others know the context of your caips notes, so then it will be possible for others to offer advice.
