can/should I inform CIC now about a missed info in Schedule1???

Hi all,

please help,

I have recently sent my meds to CIC and as I was going trough the old copies of file, I noticed that in schedule1 I have not informed them about a missed US work perit request[older then my Canadian application]

what should I do now.

I am very worried as to whether I should inform them and what may happen if I inform them at this stage,
