I have few questions, i will mention down below:
1: My Brother visited me in Canada in Sep 2016-to-Jan 2017. His passport has expired and he has applied for new Passport. I have heard about Can plus Visa so can he apply for Can plus. if yes, Is there any information available anyone can share will be greatly appreciated.
2: if My brother comes to Canada on Can plus or Visitor Visa, Can he apply for Work Visa while he is in Canada. if yes, would it be possible for some one to get PR (Permanent Residency) after working here in Canada. My Brother has completed Industrial training in Welding (ITI in Welding) and he has about 1 and half years of Experience in India.
