Can PGWP holders travel back to Canada?

I currently hold a PGWP that's valid until early 2023, and I currently work full time. However, I've got a few commitments to attend to back in India, and looking to travel end December for a fee months. I'd have to temporarily resign from my position to achieve this.

Can PGWP workers with no job offer return to Canada ?

If you dig around on the official websites you will see you need an essential reason for travel, a job is one of those essential reasons.
