For those who have been here for a while (say a year and half or two with PGWP), it looks almost impossible to earn PR status through EE.
To get 600 points, the person needs either PN or LMIA.
Getting PN takes about 13 months depending on PRovince; matching with Criteria in each provinces or territories :<
LMIA cannot be issued unless the region has low unemployment rate, which is below 6% (so it's 5.9%).
I can only think that depending on how the job bank's job matching system will work some may or may not benefit for earning PR status....
I wish CIC acknowledge their mess and rectify it......
