Can Parents be dependant?

I am the only child to my parents. Both my parents are 60+. My father just retired and my mother has been a housewife all her life.
I want to make them my dependant alongside my immigration. Any possibility? What can be done as alternate, in case adding them to my express entry profile is not doable?

No, you cannot add them as dependents.
