Can Ontario PNP landing provide PR card mailed to Quebec ?

I am landing in Ontario via Ontario PNP stream.

Will giving Quebec address of family to mail PR card mess up because Ontario gave me PNP but I am getting card sent to Quebec ?

I do not know much people in Ontario and lawyer said its bad idea to give lawyer address

The lawyer is right. Don't do this. You need to provide an Ontario address for the mailing of your PR card. If you try to provide a Quebec address then landing may be refused and you'll have a big problem on your hands.
