Can one call caseworker assistant & ask about hearing result?

I had a hearing 20 days a go. Can I call the caseworker assistant and ask her about the hearing result? I called her a month ago and she informed me about my hearing date. Would it possible for her to let me know what is going on behind the curtains if I call?

Any ideas?

Honestly, I doubt they would tell you anything until you are presented the "official" result.

That said, if you don't phone and ask, you won't know for sure. Worst result would be them telling you they can't tell you.
