Can NRI apply for PCC Police Clearance in India as will return to country of residence after 1 month

hi i have a unique situation.. i am the primary applicant under the express entry. Have reeceived ITA. i am told the application needs to be submitted within 60 days only. I am an NRI and so is my wife.. I am in Oman my wife currently is in India and will return to Oman only a month later. Can she apply for a PCC police clearance certificate from India itself or does she have to do it from the embassy in Oman.

First of all you have 90 days to submit the application.
Secondly, if you wife applies for PCC from India, then it has to be issued after she left India. So in your case, it will be better to apply for a PCC through Indian embassy in Oman.
