Can my wife accompany me after i get ITA

Hi
My current score is 444 and combined wth wife My score is 438.

Can i first apply for PR and then take along my wife. Also in that case will she be allowed to work in Canada

you need to add her to your PR application I think

Are you from a visa exempt country? If not, you can include your wife as non-accompanying and the sponsor her once you move to Canada. Whether she is able to accompany you depends on being able to get a TRV or ETA. If you apply inland she can apply for an OWP which she could get in 4 months and then work. If not it will take around a year before you are reunited.
