i am thinking to open a new application this coming july with the new FSW list......i already filled an application under 7242 but somehow i have feeling my file wont be approved by LVO as my job doesnt perfectly match 7242......thats why i am thinking to open a new application but this time by the name of my spouse as my wife works as a nurse......and i hope her noc is in the new list, so my question is this double application for same couple is allowed .........i think my wife has better chance as her job matches exactly what is required in the noc but last year the noc for nurses was full so fast....thats why i applied as the principal applicant.....and my file is still in process....i sent my file on 21 DEC 2011 and got PER on 24 Feb 2012....still in process.......appreciate sharing ur knowledge.....
