Can my retired spouse come with me?

I have received an offer as a temporary foreign worker (high-wage position). My husband is older and is now retired. Would he be able to accompany me to Canada and live there with me for the length of my visa.

So you have an approved LMIA to apply for a closed work permit? What is NOC? He can apply for Spouse Open Work Permit. He doesn’t have to work. Both take medicals.

Your previous posts say you became a PR long time ago. What are you trying to achieve?
