I have completed 2 year Diploma in Electrical engineering in May 2012 Then completed 2 Year PGDM - Operation from Welingkar in mumbai in july 2017. Can my PGDM consider as Master's Degree (Canadian Equivalency) ? I am having 5.6 years of work experience .

Cant say. The only way you will know is by doing an ECA. You dont seem to have done a degree before your PGDM? If thats the case, I am not sure if they will give you a masters degree equivalency. There are plenty of people with a degree and a PGDM who do not get a master's equivalency. My recommendation is to do the ECA and find it out yourself. Whatever anyone says here is all speculation since every case is different.
