I am currently out of my RO by a month and will wait to apply for a renewal after completing my 730 days.
I want to apply visit visa for my parents to invite them to see me. Can this trigger my RO check?
I’m looking for credible answers. Thank you

Technically, you don't apply for your Parent's visitor visa, even though you might be filling-in the application. They are filing for a visitor visa with information that their close relative (their child) is a PR in Canada.
My parent's filed for their visitor visa indicating me as a PR even though I was a PR but not living in Canada. It didn't trigger an RO check.

From what I understand, an RO check is triggered when you interact with border agents or IRCC. In this case, your parents are interacting for their Visitor visa.
