Can my parents-in-law sponsor my parents?

Hi!! Maybe smb. can help me!!
I am Canadian PR, but my husband and I currently living in USA, my parents-in-law are living in Canada, NL. Can they be sponsor of my parents? (family class Sponsorship) My sister will tern 18 years soon, if they start immigration now, will be it OK?

No, your parents-in-law can not sponsor your parents. You can sponsor your parents if you have enough income and you would need to be living in Canada. If you don't have enough income, your husband can co-sign. Your 18 yo. sister will be considered a dependent child as long as she is under 22 and not married. Once she turns 22, as long as she is still studying, she continues to be dependent until her studies are completed.

Thank you!! I was hopping that my parents-in-law can do it? Is it any other ways?? I don't know when we will came bake to Canada.

Your parents can apply to immigrate themselves if they qualify.
