Can my open workpermit will be cancel if my wife widraws her appliction for sponsorship ?
It still valid till 18 months.

No. Your permit would still be valid for the time it was issued. If you stay, then after that period, if you did not have a legal route to stay in Canada (eg Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience, Provincial Nomination, another genuine relationship), you would have to leave.
