Can my granny sponsor my mother

My grandmother is a Canadian citizen and i wanted to know whether she can sponsor my mother and father.

Does your grandmother have any family already in Canada? Does she have a spouse or common law partner?

Just looked through your historical posts. It looks like there are a few family members already in Canada (in addition to yoru grandmother). So unfortunately your grandmother cannot sponsor your parents.

My grandmother was sponsored by my uncle. so my uncle and granny are in Canada.

Also, from my fathers side can my fathers brother sponsor him?

No - your uncle cannot sponsor them.
