Hello guys me and my wife both are on 3 year work permit we are living with my grandparents in ontario they are old they want us to stay with them i also want to stay and take care of them we are trying for pr but we have less points for express enrty around 420 can my grandparents sponsor me For pr ? (They are citizen here) if yes what are the requirements for this?

No - not possible.

You will need to qualify for PR on your own through an economic immigration stream.
