Can my dad still sponsor me?

Hey, my dad applied to CIC for my permanent residency but CIC couldn't give me PR. Their reason was that my dad didn't register me as his son when immigrating into Canada. Is there any way he can still sponsor me? Yeah my dad parted ways with my mom early.

That's not the problem - quoting your post, this is the problem: reason was that my dad didn't register me as his son when immigrating into Canada.

that means he didnt declare you as a dependent which will lead to misrepresentation -- he can lose his PR status if he tries to add you now.
