I worked part time as RA/TA when I was in grad school. This was outside Canada. My advisor has since quit the job after I graduated. Can my advisor still write me a reference letter or it has to come from the school/head of the department in which I worked? I plan to support whatever letter my advisor writes me with tax documents and published articles I wrote while I was a Research Assistant.

What do think? Will that be good enough as proof of experience? What detail must my advisor include in that letter? Please share your thoughts/opinions regarding this.

It is not ideal but if he can provide proof that he worked at such school then it might work. Google express entry intake for the reference letter requirements.

It's so frustrating asking questions here. First and foremost, I don't know the answer to the question that's why I posted it here. Simply saying google it and then walk away like you've been helpful is just silly. Don't post anything on here.

There's no need, google what I told you to and you'll find out.
