Can LMO/CAQ get cancelled by informing to HRDSC as employee taking time to come

Hello Team,

Recently in April'13, I got Quebec work permit for 2years. I told to consultant will join in about 3 or months as I need to convince my company people. Initially consultant agreed for this, but after 2 weeks he called and saying before 31st May if you didn't come I'm goign to tell consulate to cancel my LMO/CAQ.

Please let me know how can I stop this? as my company people also started L-1A for me. It will take time to resign from the company.

1. If the employer informs Immigration that you are no longer needed, then that is it, there is nothing you can do.
2. Make a decision, work in Canada or the US.
