I'm an international full time college student in Canada. Due to the coronavirus alert, some of our classes are being cancelled and a lot of sessions are being held online. I think it will be like this for some time.
I'm considering staying with family I have in the US until the alert is lifted. I have a US visitor visa.
I just want to know, will this have an effect on my PGWP chances? I know that the online classes and cancelled classes won't have an effect, but if I temporarily reside in the US for some time while my course is still going on, will it cause problems when applying for PGWP? How long are you allowed to be outside Canada?
