I am here in toronto under lcp since 3 weeks. Can I change my profession to marketing or something if I get sponsor? If yes, what should be the steps?

First find out if the job needs LMIA formerly LMO. Here is the link for the procedure on how the employer applies for the LMIA. After you receive your LMIA you need to apply for a work permit
