Can Language test and Communication language be different

Hi,,

Can some body help me in clarifying the below query.

I have taken language test in French and my certificates are equivalent to TEF. As I have taken language test in French, can I opt Communication Language as English?

Please help..

I don't see the problem. The latter just mean all the forms and menus and email will be in English. Doesn't have any implication on eligibility

Maybe you know both English and French but didn't bother to take IELTS/CELPIP lol
