Can IRCC Prioritize/Expedite My TRV Application on basis that I've taken the COVID-19 VACCINE??

After September 7th, 2021, foreign nationals who've taken full COVID-19 vaccines (or 1 dose of the J&J) will be allowed to enter Canada at least 14 days after vaccination.

But I don't know if IRCC will prioritize TRV Applications based on that alone.
