My nephew is doing a master's from a London university(England) his course will end in Sept 2023. He has a student visa for England up to Jan 2024. He wants to visit me in the summer. My question is can he apply for a visit visa from England? and what will be the documents required? I paid all his tuition fees through the bank transfer(I have all the details). Any advice will be highly appreciated.
