I have PNP nomination and i will get ITA in next draw. I am working for Canadian employer under closed work permit, however 2 week back i came to India and on vacation and post to that i will work remotely from India itself for 2 month before travelling back to Canada sometime in Jan 2024 end or feb 2024. I will be on canada payroll of my company throughout.
In this case i have below query :
1. Can i submit my application as inland and submit it from India itself? If not what are my options.
2. I have PCC which i got before i left canada. Is it still valid or i should get new one from PSK? I am mostly worried for this part
3. My country of resident i need to show as Canada or India?
