can inland app be change to out land

Hi am new to this, My husband an I sent in inland app because am here with him however we took a lawyer thinking he would advice us best, he did not,now that we are following this forum we have learnt so much, anyway my question is can we change the app to outland or is it to late for that.

Nope. You would have to withdraw the "in-Canada" and submit a new "out of Canada" sponsorship and application.

I don't think raises any flags for withdrawing the application for an outland. I am sure you won't be the first nor the last to do this.
