can Indian embassy have access to check the work record of any person in Canada

Please suggest.. What should i do as i am PR in Canada. I am on Ex India leave as I am doing a Govt job in India. Now as my leave finished one month ago I did not join my duty and send extension in my leave. But my officials send me a letter to immediately join my duty and also write to Indian embassy to check whether I am working in Canada or not ... Please suggest me Can Indian embassy has access to check my record of work in Canada ?

Probably. CRA would have a record of any earning in Canada that could indicate if you have been working or not. Whether they would go that far is difficult to say. They would have to make a formal request and it would have to be a valid reason to release the information, but it's probably available.

Absence without authorized permission will be considered as a major misconduct that could result in disciplinary action. Maybe you should follow due procedure and resign instead
