Can i write masters in the personal history section or I need to write bachelor

Wes counted my masters as bachelors...
My question is Can i write masters in the personal history section or I need to write bachelors there also as per wes report (what WES has called it is already mentioned in study section)

You shall write name of your diploma, but then you shall choose the type as it was assessed by WES (if it was 4 years bachelors, then that what it is).
And you will get points according to the assessment, not according to its name.

but if i dont mention masters in personal history section, it would show that past 10 years i have done bachelors twice...kinda contradictory

It is not. It can equal to having 2 university diplomas (if that other diploma is also assessed).
Whole excercise is just about how your diplomas were assessed (what is their value in CRS points) and not what were you doing and obtaining.
