Hi everyone,
I am an international student. In 2016, my first semester is spring and summer term which is from May to August. For most of student, it could be a vacation time, and they can work full time in this period. Moreover, my university allow us to register to part-time study, so I just registered 1 course for each term, and worked for 15hrs per week. This year I have to file a tax return, does my work legally in last year, does somebody know?
Thanks。

Were you a full time student for the Spring and Summer semester? If yes, then you didn't work illegally as international student can work up to 20 hours per work during school.

I for got to say, my education history, I studied 1 yr in ESL centre, and enrolled in a college, after 1 semester I transfer to a university which start from May. If I made a big accident, can I let my boss delete my working record before he file summary of T4 employee?

You didn't "make a big accident". You worked illegally and are now asking how to commit fraud to cover it up.

That is still fraud (a crime). And you won’t be able to change the documentation, taxes and other pay, ents your employer has paid to the CRA (the tax department). Your work has already been recorded with the government.
