Since this semester will be online, and I am still in my home country. Can I work full time and take online classes too? Or If i need to work should I defer my admission?

You want to work in your home country while taking online classes? I dont see a problem if you do it.

You would need to check to make sure there are no rules with your school. Some graduate schools, for example, theoretically set a maximum number of working hours, but I've never seen them enforced.
Yes in my own home country. The only confusion I had was the online classes are due to COVID and its not an online course itself. So would that cause any issues?
I am not. Like I said I am in my home country, not Canada. But my degree will start this fall online because of COVID

No, as you are not in Canada.
Seriously - only work experience in Canada can be counted for PR. Only work experience not earned while studying can be counted.
You're not in Canada so you can work. You're not in Canada so it's not Canadian work experience.
So just to clarify even though you are not in Canada you are still studying so any work whilst studying under a Canadian study permit cannot be used as foreign work experience towards a PR Application.
