Can I work from home for a different province or employer?

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and would need some help & assistance. I want to find out if under Provincial Nomination Program, can I work from home for a different employer located in a different province? OR is it mandatory to work in the same nominated province for 2 years?

If I get Provincial Nomination for New Brunswick or Nova Scotia, can I work from home for any company located in Ontario or British Columbia?

Is there any link available where I can find more information?

All it matters is from the proviance were you received nomination in the same provi your payroll is generating.If the cic ask you should be able to prove that your leaving on same provi by showing docs like credit card trans ations and etc.

This is only applicable to the Principal applicant or same applies to the spouse?

As per the information I have received spouse can work with other province but the principal applicant has to work full time in the same province. Please correct me if I have got the wrong information. Thanks

Call CIC call center and province were you got nominated.
