Hi guys.
I have a question, as I wanna push my CRS scores up by gaining for more Canadian work experience. My question is, after I work for a year, then create my EE profile for CEC category, if I’m not successful, can I work for 1 or 2 more years (as I have a 3-year work permit) and then update my profile for EE. Work experience is the only way to go for me as I already improved my CLB to CLB9. Thank you y’all and hope you are doing well.

Yes. Just be aware that the profile will expire after one year if you don’t receive an invitation, but you can create a new one.
Okay I see, thank you very much, I asked a couple friends of mine for advice, they said I could do so but it could be risky if I waited until the last year of my post-grad work permit to apply because the process may take a while, by then my work permit can be expired...

Enter the pool as soon as you can, as you're accumulating experience, you never know, you might get an ITA or you could get a provincial nomination.

Just keep in mind your profile does expire as pointed out earlier, and also be aware that your language test results expire after 2 years.
