Can i withdraw my application before receiving procedural fairness letter

Hi, i have submitted my visitor visa application and it is in pending from last 3 months and eligibility review havent started yet.
I have realized i have made a mistake in my application and want to withdraw my application.

Will there be any issue if i withdraw my application.

You can try to withdraw of course however from the IRCC: The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) policy is to permit applicants to withdraw their applications.
