Can i withdraw my application after AOR ? (Urgent)

Hi All,

Can anyone help me on this? I have changed my plans and i got my Australian PR and i want to withdraw my application.
My AOR is November 20 2105 and still haven't heard about from CIC.
Please someone let me know how to withdraw my application before i get my PPR. Its bit urgent.
