Can I withdraw file if it's under eligibility review

Hi is there any option if I can withdraw my file status under eligibility review,
Actually my wp extension file is form more than 6 months on eligibility review , I m really depressed I don't want this hanging file stuck to my whole life . I want to withdraw file and maybe think about new case journey after.
Can anybody help me

Yes you can withdraw your at any stage of application and can start it again if it is taking so long.

Yes you can withdraw your file at any stage of the process and can start it again

Keep in mind it’s entirely up to IRCC to accept the withdrawal. They may let you, but given the length of time in background review, possibly not. Reapplying will just result in a similar background review for the new application.

I won't apply again for same application because my lmia has already been expired right now, I'm almost stuck my file is on almost 7 months its just inland extension, don't know when they finish process

Hey Dear,
I don’t think so that you read his concerned that application of WP extension is under eligibility review from more than 6 months. According to IRCC it’s maximum 4 months . It has already exceeded the limit.

I won't apply again for same application because my lmia has already been expired right now, I'm almost stuck my file is on almost 7 months its just inland extension, don't know when they finish process
Contact CIC regarding your file processing time and if it’s really 7 months than the situation is not up to the mark .Don’t wait much now .

I call them several times I put two mps inquiries too, every time they say if file is under review then we have no time frame " officer takes their time ,my file is in Edmonton office
