Can I visit Canada?

hello everyone, i have some.question wanna ask. On my CIC, DM already came out, I am actually waiting for my COPR, however, I am not sure how long it take to receive it? At this moment, Can I visit Canada?

If you are from a visa exempt country, yes you can come visit Canada. However your COPR may get sent to your home country address while you are visiting Canada. Depending on how long you intend to stay in Canada, you can inform CIC of address change to your canadian address. They can send your COPR at the Canadian address. Once you have COPR in Canada, you can flag pole around US border and land in Canada as PR.

You cannot visit until you get the COPR or a Visa.

Now why would advise that? Coming to visit Canada has no bearing or effect on COPR. A completely difference venue. If OP get denied to enter Canada, it has no bearing on COPR. The OP would simply be returned to country and still get COPR in the mail.
