Can i visit canada for my brothers convocation with my mom bec she is illiterate?

Hi i have been studying here in india am just waiting for my result and after that i will be on job ..
My brothers convocation will be in june 2018 ..n for tht i will be dependent because am joing from january 2018.
What docoments do i requires for tht ...and which docoments he need to snd ur .
2. My mother is a houswife so suggest me docoments for tht ..

Proof of ties to your home country, proof of employment, proof of property ownership and assets, proof you have enough money to pay for your trip.

Since your ties to India are not strong it will be a challenge to get a visa for you.
