I am currently on a work permit in Toronto and I have got an ITA for express entry.
When I was applying for my work permit I got a clear PCC for both me and my spouse from Delhi Regional Passport Office on 18/05/2020. I landed in Canada on 03/12/2021 after that. I have never left Canada after that and have always been in Toronto.
My old PCC from India mentions
It is certified that there is no adverse information against Mr. A.....N J....D S/o J....L A.....D, holder of
Indian Passport No XXXXXX, issued at DELHI, on 09/01/2015 which would render him or her ineligible for EMPLOYMENT VISA/WORK PERMIT for CANADA.
This PCC is not valid for any other purpose or country.
There is no expirty date mentioned on the PCC. I am submitting my application to IRCC and now I have to submit PCC. Should I use the same PCC or should I request a fresh PCC from India?
