Can i use same medical in second Profile

If i decline ITA, make another profile and get ITA on that, can I use the same medical which i got done for the first ITA profile but did not go through with that?

.It can be used but please note that medical is valid for 12 months from date of going for it.The date of visa will be the the date of medical expiry
