Can I use my work and study permit at the same time?

Hey, need some help!
I have a work permit and a study permit for Canada, does this mean I can still work over 20hrs a week as a student?
Also if I came on a work permit and then got my study permit but my study permit expires soon and my work permit is still valid can I go back to the work permit when I finish studying or has the student visa made that void?

Any help would be appreciated!

How did you manage to get both? Is it a CO-OP work permit? You are normally not allowed to study with a work permit.
