Can i use my medical report in a new PR application?

Hi,

I did my previous medical 05 July 2019, used it in my PR application but got refused some on work experience reasons.

I wanted to check if i can reused the same medical report for a new application?

My medicals will expire in September 2020. If I plan on submitting my new application in April 2020, should I preemptively get a new medical, or should I wait for IRCC to request one? Thank you in advance!
