I got my CSQ from Paris office in Dec 2009.
Afterwards , I lodged my visa application to the Canadian High Commission in Nairobi.
Got my PR visa in November 2011.
Due to some personal problems, I am unable to land in Quebec before expiry date of my visa.
On my CSQ, it is written that the CSQ expires in December 2013.
My questions are as follows :
1. Can I reapply for PR visa with the authorities concerned with the same CSQ.
2. My wife and 2 children are included in my application. If ever I am able to move to Quebec before expiry of my visa
so as to get the PR status and then come back to my country. Can I sponsor my wife and 2 children to get a new PR visa (since there visas are also expiring in 1 month time). They also have their CSQ which is valid till Dec 2013.
