I applied fsw april 14th 2010. i am waiting for 1st AOR. anyone knows answering for me.

No, Only principal applicant need to go through ielts.

You have applied on April 14th-2010.
I think, IELTS result should not be more than 1 year old at the time of application.
I think, It will work for your case.

Your IELTS result must not be older than one year at the time of initial application (to CIO).
Since you have applied in April 2010, your IELTS result must be after April 2009.
So you can go on with your IELTS.
