Can I use accrued work experiences from more than one employer to apply for PR from 1yr WP

I need help with making sense of this.

My current immigration status is "open work permit" for 1 year,

I have been working full time with my current employer, I'd like to know if can switch jobs before spending a full year at my current job.

I have only spent 10 months at my current job which ends this September, however, I have another full-time offer starting October with less than 4 months left on my current open work permit.

I intend to apply for my express entry after using 2 months at the new job. My plan is to combine the 10 months from the previous job with the 2 months of the incoming full-time job.

Will this work or is there any red flags with this thought process?

It will work as long as both experiences are NOC 0, A or B.
