I've got my ITA and I am also an international student with a GIC account. Can I use this in my ITA application?
Can I use a student GIC account in a Canadian bank as proof of funds for the Canadian Express Entry program?

The reason why you are asking this question is because you know the student GIC is locked funds and you can only get a specific amount out of it per year. IRCC requires POF to be free and unencumbered.
I had the funds ready but I was wondering if GIC needs to be included as well. This is really helpful. Thanks!
