Can I Update my Foreign Work Experience on my EE profile after getting ITA for PR

Hi, I had created EE profile and shown Approx 1yr (Sept, 2014 to Aug, 2013) of Foreign Work Experience (India) and 1 year of Canadian Experience.
I received ITA for PR with 466 points and the cut off was 440 points on Oct 15, 2018.

However, I don't want to include my Indian experience as I don't have a letter with roles and responsibilities and also the work duration is exactly 11months and 9 days not 1year or more. So, I want to move that to personal details and exclude from work history which would bring my score to 440 points, which is still equal to the cutoff, but not less.

So, can I proceed with the application for PR or should I decline the ITA and rejoin the pool by editing my profile.

Thanks in advance.

Ah, normally I would say it is OK to remove it and proceed (as long as your CRS score is still eligible) but since it is right on the cutoff score, and you don't know if the tie-breaker rule was applied, it would be safer to decline and wait for a new ITA.
