Can I update my express entry profile after the SINP ITA? I want to include my spouse in the EE application?

I need some expert advice. I received the ITA from SINP in the last draw.

Can i update my EE entry profile before submitting my SINP application?

Yes, if that still keeps you above the SINP points cut-off.

Thanks a lot for your response. I have received the ITA from Sakatchewan in the last draw conducted on 15th Sep 2020. But in EE profile I had applied as a single applicant and not included my spouse. Now after receiving the ITA can I update my EE profile to include my spouse? Pls advise.

Does the SINP draw have a CRS cut-off? If you add your spouse to the EE profile will you drop below the CRS cut-off for the SINP draw? If you do you won't get the SINP nomination. Wait until you have the nomination certificate and have been drawn. Then add your spouse to the e-APR.

No SINP does not have any CRS cutoff. Based on their points grid, my score is not impacted in any way with me updating the EE profile. Moreover i have received my invite in OID category.
